Clinical Support Manager

Job Duties: 

Bespoke Psychiatry, Inc. seeks a Clinical Support Manager in Chicago, IL 
to Supervise a team of medical scribes, medical assistants, and telephone support staff; conduct performance reviews, set team goals, and provide ongoing coaching and development for staff; develop and execute training programs for new hires and existing staff; recruit, interview, and hire qualified candidates for open positions on the clinical team streamline workflows and procedures to optimize efficiency and patient flow; monitor key performance indicators and implement strategies for continued improvement; ensure all patient inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally; identify and troubleshoot operational challenges; ensure compliance with medical regulations, coding standards, and HIPAA; provide clinical advice to team members; and ensure accurate medical documentation by scribes through ongoing review and feedback.

REQUIREMENTS: 

Master’s Degree in healthcare, healthcare administration, healthcare related science, healthcare management, or related field. Fluent in Spanish.

SALARY:

 $108,826.00 per year
