Job Description:
- Report directly to the COO
- Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities in various states.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
- Conduct cold calls and site visits to engage with potential new clients or current clients.
- Support with creating marketing collaterals or initiatives that would drive growth.
- Oversee the Content Coordinator and collaborate on marketing initiatives.
- Utilize marketing materials to promote services, with a focus on expanding accounts.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote the company’s services.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments.
- Manage the entire new partner onboarding process.
- Initiate and lead the partner kick-off meetings on site or virtual.
- Manage BAA’s and CSA’s with new partnerships.
- Manage the new accounts until they are passed off to a Regional Director of Partner Success.
- Collaborate and communicate closely with the Director of Operations to start up new facilities.
- Participate in weekly practice meetings and assist with other general office duties related to the operation of the medical practice.
- Perform additional projects or tasks assigned by leadership.
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 2 years of experience in a healthcare business development setting
- A strong portfolio of established relationships with leaders in skilled nursing and long term care facilities, including corporate and regional contacts.
- A high organizational and business acumen to manage hybrid work from their home office and travel to all prospective areas as required for business development.
