If you are experiencing a crisis and in need of immediate treatment, please contact 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. You can also contact 988 to reach someone with the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.

Are direct inpatient psychiatric hospitalizations available with Bespoke Psychiatry?

For persons being treated in a long term care community, direct inpatient care is possible. Please contact our office at 773-248-2255 to speak with a clinician to obtain a provider’s order for hospitalization.

I am a hospital social worker seeking to speak with someone at Bespoke Psychiatry regarding one of your established patients, how can I be in contact with you to coordinate aftercare and/or placement?

Accepted Answer

Bespoke Psychiatry obtains signed consent from established patients to speak to loved ones about some aspects of their care. If you believe a consent is on file for our practice to be in communication with you, please contact us via email at clinical@bespokepsychiatry.com. If a consent is active, someone will contact you within a few business days. If the situation is urgent, please contact 988 or 911 for immediate support.
