At Bespoke Psychiatry, we are dedicated to providing unparalleled care in long term care facilities through our close communication, extensive knowledge of psychotropic medications, and incorporation of technology into our practice.

Our services include a thorough initial assessment to help craft an individual plan for medication management, with the goal of safe and gradual dose reduction as needed.

Medical professional and patient

Initial Assessment

Our psychiatrists perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations. These assessments provide diagnostic clarification in accordance with CMS guidelines. We review medications for appropriate diagnosis and craft a plan customized to each individual patient’s needs.

Medication Management

Our practice has the highest standards of clinical practice ensuring compliance with regulations and guidelines. Our documentation is designed around both federal and state survey guidelines to ensure your facility excels in compliance.

Gradual Dose Reductions

Gradual dose reductions are evaluated and documented at each visit to ensure compliance and reduce citations and F-Tag’s. We address any pharmacy recommendations promptly to safeguard compliance.
