Caroline Bernardi, is a Family Nurse Practitioner based in Chicago, Illinois. A proud Chicago native, Caroline holds a Master’s degree in Nursing from DePaul University and completed her FNP training at Governors State University.
With a deep-rooted passion for psychiatry and mental health, she brings a family-centered approach to her practice. She is committed to advocating for individuals living with mental health conditions, ensuring they receive compassionate, equitable care while promoting awareness and reducing stigma through community outreach and education. She is a member of the Honor Society of Nursing, Sigma Theta Tau International, recognizing her excellence and leadership in the field. Her clinical work is grounded in the latest research and evidence-based practices, reflecting her commitment to ongoing professional development.
Beyond her career, she finds joy in exploring the world through international travel, where each journey offers her a chance to immerse herself in diverse cultures and experiences. She has a great love of reading and practicing Pilates, which not only enhances her physical well-being but also provides a serene space for mental clarity and relaxation. Most importantly, she cherishes the moments spent with her husband and their two young children.
