Chanelle Bates, NP

Born and raised in the Peoria area, Chanelle Bates earned her RN BSN from Mennonite College of Nursing at Illinois State University in 2002. Continuing her education, she pursued an MSN from Bradley University, becoming a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. With a healthcare career spanning over 25 years, her focus lies in healthcare delivery, particularly serving underserved populations, mental health services, and clinical team leadership. Recognized for her compassionate, multicultural approach, she’s received acclaim for delivering excellent customer care. Beyond her professional endeavors, she is a dedicated wife, a mother of four adult children, and a local philanthropist. She impressively holds the distinction of being a former Tae Kwon Do Olympic Gold Medalist.
