Anna Shrift, a proud native of the Midwest, was raised in Traverse City, MI. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Michigan before pursuing her graduate degree at the Medical University of South Carolina on the east coast. She eventually decided to return to Chicago to be closer to her family and to experience the beauty of all four seasons and Lake Michigan. Anna has always had a deep understanding of the importance of recognizing mental illness and is passionate about working in this field. Moreover, her main goal is to serve underserved populations and find purpose in her work each day as a provider. Anna’s dedication to her work is not only evident in her professional endeavors but also in her personal life.
